RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your watch band if you wish to exchange or request a refund. Please ensure that all items are in the original condition, unworn, with original packaging materials. To begin the return process please send an email to support@plestia.com with your order number. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

For a return to be eligible for a 100% refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us clear photos of the items for preliminary assessment. In the event that the returned items are damaged, dirty, or not in their original packaging, our team will evaluate the condition of the items to determine the amount to be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the items could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue a return/refund.

We require that all returns be shipped with tracking to ensure that your returns are received and processed correctly. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated and we are unable to provide refunds for these shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMELINE

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your products. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. The refund process may take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
